Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. The Optimizer needs to run as administrator because the tweaks write to system settings.
Is it a subscription?
That is up to you. Each product has a monthly plan and a one-off lifetime licence. Lifetime is a single payment that never renews, and both include updates.
How do I get my licence key?
It is emailed to the address you use at checkout, and shown on the confirmation page right after payment. Check spam if you do not see it within a couple of minutes, then message us on Discord.
Can I move my licence to a new PC?
Yes. Keys activate on one machine at a time. If you rebuild or upgrade your PC, open a ticket on Discord and we will reset it.
Do you offer refunds?
Because a licence key is delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case. If something does not work on your system and we cannot fix it with you, we will make it right.
